Gateway 5G (GW-5G01) Mobile 5G Router

The Gateway 5G is built to unify the connectivity options a moving vehicle actually has: an embedded 5G modem with four external antennas for cellular, dual-band Wi-Fi for the local network, and an Ethernet WAN port that makes it Starlink-ready as a hybrid backhaul.

Two Mini-SIM slots let it hold two data plans and switch between carriers, and it is designed to mount under Winegard's Air 360+ dome for rooftop antenna gain plus built-in GPS.

It targets RV, fleet and off-grid users who need resilient internet on the move rather than a fixed-site router.

Limitations

Warranty covers defects in material and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items, water damage to non-rated gear, or damage caused by using a product outside its stated ratings or for a purpose it is not designed for. Where a product page states a specific exclusion, that exclusion applies.

Making a claim

Contact us at support@exelproddistribution.com or +1 (202) 899-9143 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order. Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are picked the same day. This item is available to order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks.

Carriers

We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Opened firmware or activation codes, and consumables such as SIM cards or batteries once opened, cannot be returned for condition reasons unless faulty.
