Balance 20X 5G-Ready Multi-WAN Router

The Balance 20X is Peplink's small-site multi-WAN router: it combines a Gigabit WAN, three LAN ports and a FlexModule bay that takes a 5G or LTE cellular module, so one box can run wired-primary with cellular failover.

SpeedFusion is the reason to choose Peplink over a generic router. It bonds several links or hot-fails between them so a session survives a dropped connection, and everything is managed centrally through Peplink's InControl 2 cloud.

Limitations

Warranty covers defects in material and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items, water damage to non-rated gear, or damage caused by using a product outside its stated ratings or for a purpose it is not designed for. Where a product page states a specific exclusion, that exclusion applies.

Making a claim

Contact us at support@exelproddistribution.com or +1 (202) 899-9143 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order. Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are picked the same day. This item is available to order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks.

Carriers

We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Opened firmware or activation codes, and consumables such as SIM cards or batteries once opened, cannot be returned for condition reasons unless faulty.
